Anyone installing or rebuilding a large engine should consider a pre-lube system. A substantial part of large engine lifetime wear ocures at dry starts after the lube oil has drained from the bearings and the oil galleries during a shutdown. An upfront investment in a prelube system can pay for itself many times over by greatly extending an engine's service life. Ideal for Prelubing stand-by power installations and other large Natural Gas or Diesel gen-sets of any size, Varna Prelube Oil pumps are also used extensively in marine primary power applications. These prelube pumps will run quietly and require zero maintenance.
The ML-4 and the ML-2 are purpose build for lubrication of machines such a gearboxes and turbines. Its integrated user settable pressure bypass and two flow rates allows it to be set up for a wide range of lube applications from open gear machines to kidney-loop filtration.
Positive displacement pumps are ideal for Transfer, Circulating, or Metering applications. Varna makes both sliding vane and gear pumps for a range of uses. If you are looking for a pump to circulate fuel or oil through a cooling circuit or fill a tank by transferring fluid from a reservoir, Positive displacement pumps are a great choice.
Over the years, VARNA products has developed a number of controls for pump applications. Some are specials for a customer that needs something applicable only to them, but most are useful for a wide range of applications. We are now offering these controls to everyone that needs a refined pump control solution with more to come in the future.
Varna makes pressure regulating and one-way flow check valves to complement our pumps. We offer these valves as standalone parts or as part of a complete turnkey kit that can include a pump, hoses and fitting as well as customized valves. Our Pressurematic technology can hold extremely tight pressure control over a wide range of flow and our low loss check valves maximize system efficiency especially with high viscosity fluids such as cold oil.
Compact is a design criteria that many pump manufactures ignore as too costly. Varna pumps are small because some of our customers are space constrained, but also because it yields a better pump of any use. By eliminating shaft couplings and extra space Varna pumps are more reliable, easier to install and less costly to ship.
Customer Feedback "Job extremely well done! Love the system man and my engines thank you."
